Impulse Heat Seal Elements. Made to Fit Your Machine
We manufacture heat seal elements for bag sealers, vacuum packers, flow wrap machines, and impulse sealers. Any size. Any machine. Send us your specs or your old element, and we'll make you a new one.
What We Manufacture
We make impulse heat seal elements (the heating components inside sealing machines that create the seal on packaging film). When your element fails, the machine stops. We get you a replacement fast.
Nichrome ribbon elements
The industry standard for impulse sealing. We manufacture flat ribbon elements in a range of widths and thicknesses to suit any machine.
Wire elements
For continuous and rotary sealers where round-section heating wire is required.
Flat elements
Custom-profile flat elements for specialist sealing applications, manufactured to your dimensions.
Every element is made in-house at our Huntingdon facility from nichrome, stainless steel, nickel, and copper alloys. We manufacture every element ourselves, which means we control the quality and we can build to any specification. If you're looking for heat sealer spares or heat seal machine parts, you're dealing direct with the manufacturer.
Materials and Specifications
| Material | Applications |
|---|---|
| Nichrome ribbon | Standard impulse sealing (the most common element material) |
| Nichrome wire | Continuous and rotary sealers |
| Stainless steel | High-temperature and corrosive environments |
| Nickel alloy | Specialist applications requiring specific resistance profiles |
| Copper / silver plating | Improved conductivity for connection points |
Size range: We manufacture elements to any size your machine requires. If you can measure it, we can make it.
Operating temperature: Typically up to 260°C, depending on material and application.
Machine Compatibility

Not sure which element your machine needs? Tell us the make and model, or send us the old element. We'll identify it and quote you.
How to Order
Send us your specs
If you know the dimensions, material, and connection type, send us the details and we'll quote you. Drawings, sketches, or even rough measurements. We'll work with whatever you've got.
Not sure what you need?
Send us the old element. We'll measure it, identify the material, and make you a replacement. If you can tell us the machine make and model, that helps too.
Lead Times and Pricing
Standard lead time is 1–2 weeks, assuming the material is in stock. For urgent orders, call us and we'll do what we can.
Pricing depends on the element dimensions, material, quantity, and any plating or finishing required. We'll quote you a fixed price before we start.
