A sealing element is the heated part of the machine that melts the film and forms the seal. When it burns through, the machine stops sealing. We make the replacement to match your original.
Nichrome ribbon sealing elements
The industry standard for impulse sealing. Flat nichrome ribbon, made in a range of widths and thicknesses to suit any machine and cut to your length.
Heat sealer element wire
Round-section heating wire for continuous and rotary sealers, and for machines that seal with a wire rather than a flat ribbon. Made to your gauge and length.
Impulse sealer elements
Replacement elements for benchtop and production-line impulse bag sealers. The element heats only on the sealing stroke, so the right material and gauge matter. We match the original.
Flat and custom-profile elements
Custom-profile flat elements for specialist sealing applications, manufactured to your dimensions with the terminations your machine needs.
Terminations are finished to suit your machine, including copper or silver plated connection points for reliable conductivity.

UK Manufacturer, Not a Reseller
Every element is made in-house at our Huntingdon facility from nichrome, stainless steel, nickel and copper alloys. We manufacture each one ourselves, which means we control the quality and we can build to any specification. If you are looking for heat sealer spares or heat seal machine parts, you are dealing direct with the manufacturer.
A failed element is a stopped line, so a standard replacement is on a 1-2 week lead time, and we handle urgent orders where we can.
