Copper and Silver Plated Ends
The "ends" are the terminations where the element clamps into the machine electrodes. That joint carries the full current, so a poor connection runs hot, wastes power, and fails early. We plate the ends to fix that.
Silver plated ends
The best conductivity we offer. Silver plating gives the lowest contact resistance at the clamp, which suits high-cycle production sealers and elements that run hard all day. Specify silver ends where reliability at the connection is critical.
Copper plated ends
A strong, cost-effective upgrade over a bare termination. Copper plating improves conductivity and clamping at the connection points, reducing hot spots and premature failure on most impulse sealers.
Nichrome ribbon body
The heated section is nichrome ribbon, made to your width and gauge. The ribbon heats; the plated ends carry the current in. We match the original profile exactly.
Made to your machine
We set the overall length, the position of the terminations, and the plated area to match your seal bar and electrode layout, so the new element drops straight in.
